Take a fresh approach to your winter fitness.
Try the new format group row sessions for a full body work out on and off the machine with some intensity, strength, activation and toning. These classes mix rowing with dynamic strength and conditioning. Burn calories, get stronger and improve posture.
FIRST ROW CLASS IS FREE WITH CODE ROWVEMBER.
FOR EVERY 2 ROW CLASSES TAKEN IN NOVEMBER WE WILL GIVE YOU ANOTHER ONE FREE.

Try our group row classes for full body fitness. Suitable for all levels, whether you are new to indoor rowing or have experience. This is a dynamic and effective work out that will build fitness, burn calories and give you core strength.
