RIDE

Group indoor riding using the Concept2 Bike. A mix of endurance, speed and intensity to build fitness and stamina, this class will have you burning maximum calories during and long after it finishes.

R I D E / R O W

A  combination of group indoor cycling and indoor rowing.  Full body endurance, intensity and strength training using the most effective fitness machines by far; the Concept2 rower and the Concept2 Bike.

Carefully structured to build physical and mental strength and resilience this class will work every major muscle group, improve posture, build aerobic capacity and push your boundaries. Get a full body workout designed to increase your cardiovascular fitness, boost your metabolic rate and burn fat whilst toning and maintaining muscle mass.  This is a unique fitness format in the UK.

KETTLE BELL SLAM

OUTDOOR FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH

A mix of dynamic functional movements in a fun circuit including accessible kettlebell movements, simple weight lifting, strength building sets using the Torque Tank and some steady state cardio on the bike and row ergs. This class is suitable for all levels. It is ideal for sedentary desk workers and experienced and regular exercisers and will compliment our other classes by adding full body strength work and functional movement into your training. Doing some weight training each week has been shown to bring many benefits to body and mind.
